lrs-sample.html and lrs-listing-sample.html are the original root fixtures, moved without altering their bytes.
lrs-run/ copies the immutable inputs from runs/2026-09-17/lrs-162640/: manifest, listing and job HTML, complete records, and staged candidates. Original URL/time/hash evidence is in that manifest.
opportunities.json is a byte-identical snapshot of the reviewed pipeline at W1-017 start. Tests use this snapshot, not the evolving operational pipeline.
expected-brief.md copies the final W1-016 brief for byte-level regression.
usac-links.html and usac-dates.html preserve the original inline USAC test inputs as named fixtures. They are synthetic, not evidence of a live request.

Changing fixture expectations requires an explicit explanation of the intended behavior change. Never update expected output merely to make a failing test pass.
