* Reject snapshot upload without collection config before loading it
The raw IO error from `CollectionConfigInternal::load` embedded the
server-side temporary path in the API response. Check for the file first
and return a fixed bad-input error instead.

* Fix missing-config check to run before restore_snapshot loads config
The path-leak guard lived after Collection::restore_snapshot, but that
function already calls CollectionConfigInternal::load and surfaced the
temp path as a 500. Require a regular config.json file before loading,
and cover a directory-shaped config entry in the openapi test.
* Use a valid empty TAR in the missing-config snapshot upload test
Avoid depending on malformed-archive handling; exercise the missing
collection-config path with a real TAR that has no entries.

Raw requests already use QDRANT_HOST, but bypass request_with_validation
and missed QDRANT_HOST_HEADERS. Without these headers, tests cannot run
behind host-based reverse proxies or mocks.
* restrict recovery from snapshot folder

* In release builds, hide detailed tar error message to not leak contents

* fix(auth_tests): place snapshot in peer snapshots dir for recover_collection_snapshot
The recover from snapshot API now requires file:// paths to be inside the
configured snapshots directory. Write the test snapshot into the peer's
snapshots directory instead of a temp file so the request is allowed.

Collection name under test is equal to the test module name, without `.py` suffix.
* Helps by debugging/tracing failed tests and find relevant logs lines in qdrant log files
* Opens up a possibility to run tests in parallel, given that there are no data sharing
between test modules
Change details:
* defined module scoped `collection_name` fixture in `conftest.py`
* removed `collection_name` module variable
* each test signature modified to declare the dependency to `collection_name` fixture
* `@pytest.mark.parametrize` migrated to `@pytest-cases.parametrize` in cases when
`collection_name` was used as the value
* `QDRANT_HOST` variable is used by all openapi tests, removed its copies from
`test_multi_vector_uint8.py`, `test_multi_vector_unnamed.py`, `test_query.py`,
`test_shard_snapshot.py`, and `test_snapshot.py`
* Added optional `QDRANT_HOST_HEADERS` env variable to set custom HTTP headers
in order to reach Qdrant instance behind a reverse proxy. The content of the
variable is JSON payload, e.g. `{"host": "qdrant.local"}`
* Adapted `./tests/basic_*.sh` scripts to aware of `QDRANT_HOST_HEADERS` env variable
